Versioning and Migration

This document covers the SDK versioning policy.

Versioning Policy​

The MOSA SDK follows Semantic Versioning (SemVer):

  • MAJOR: Breaking changes that require code changes
  • MINOR: New features that are backward compatible
  • PATCH: Bug fixes that are backward compatible

Version Format​

MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH (e.g., 1.2.3)

Breaking Changes​

Breaking changes are indicated by:

  • Major version increment
  • Deprecation warnings in previous version (when possible)
